How do we ship and what is pricing?

We offer free Standard Shipping in Australia. A tracking email will be sent to you once it has been updated by Australia post.

Where do we ship?

We are based in Sydney, Australia but we ship internationally also. That's right - every country in the world! Shipping will be the fastest to the Australia, United States, Canada and Europe.This means that your order is shipped from our warehouses around the globe; including Australia, South Africa, China, India, etc. We can always provide tracking for orders from Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada and United Kingdom

 How can i change my shipping address?

Please Send us an email at Info@jesmine.com.au within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours if the item is shipped to your given address. Jesmine is not responsible for wrong shipping after the time period. If the shipment is returned to JESMINE the customer will have to pay second time shipping fee.

 

Why didn't my order come in one package?

To keep prices best, provide you better prices and global shopping experience we ship from various warehouses around the world. Therefore, some of your product may be coming from different warehouses.

 

How Long Will My Package Take? 

This depends on the product ordered and where we are sending it to.

All items are fulfilled from our warehouses located in Australia, USA, UK, Germany and China.All of our Items are custom handmade and sent from various locations, so we appreciate your patience in advance 
The order will be processed and shipped within 1-5 business days.
For Standard Shipping Service you will get estimated time of arrival.By using Standard Shipping service it will USUALLY take 10-21 business days, from the date of shipping for your order to arrive, but PLEASE allow up to 2-3 weeks due to high demand.

Missing Package?

On that rare occasion that your item goes missing or shows up late don't worry! All you need to do is contact us . We will available 24/7 to assist you. We pride ourselves on customer satisfactions, any issues we fix ASAP.

How can i track my order?

We will send you a tracking number when your order has shipped to the email address used to place the order.You can track your order using our order tracking tab in top menu.

When will i receive tracking information?

Tracking information is usually provided 24-72 hours after you have made your order. The tracking code will be sent to the email address used to make the order.

Why can't i track my order?

Please note that tracking information is provided 48-72 hours after your order. If you have received your tracking information and still cannot track your order, please contact support at info@jesmine.com.au

How can i modify my order?

We are only able to make changes to your order if it hasn't been fufiled yet. Please email info@jesmine.com.au for for information.

If your item does not arrive in the specified time, we will resend your order.We only offer refunds for items that are defective. Photo proof is required and we usually require you to post the item back to us.Returns and refunds will not be provided due to customer error; eg not reading item descriptions before purchasing or providing the incorrect shipping address etc.We do not exchange or refund due to change of mind. We can only offer an exchange or refund due to damaged or faulty items.Faulty, damaged or any other claims must be lodged within 5 days of arrival of order. Please closely inspect your item upon receiving it and before washing, as we will not accept returns or refunds for washed items.Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item.If items are returned due to incorrect address provided upon purchase or not being claimed; any return shipping is the responsibility of the recipient.If the item is not claimed within 30 business days, this will void your sale & no refund will be given.If an item is returned with an insufficient address, another shipping fee will be incurred otherwise your item & sale will be forfeited.
